Therefore, some of policies and regulations might not keep positive effects on the project (Larson Gray, 2013). The stakeholders of project are responsible for success of project by proper monitoring and managing project stages. The manager of project have to look after legal procedures involved in project. Cultural influences Culture is a behavioral aspect transmitted socially with different patterns. Therefore, every project have to operate within a context for more than one cultural norms. This area for influencing includes economic, political, demographic, educational, ethical and religious aspects of the project. These factors helps in maintaining cultural dilemma of the project (Schwalbe, 2015). The use of cultural norms help in monitoring quality of project and ensure to obtain expected results and outcomes from the project. Environmental Sustainability All projects are planned and implemented under various social, economic and environmental context. Therefore, both positive and negative outcomes of projects are depended certain factors that are maintained by the project manager (Walker, 2015). Organizations are maintaining accountability for affecting outcomes of project in the market. The sustainability of resources required in the project has to be measured properly under various environmental condition. Strategies for development of project Various tools and techniques help in maintaining a proper planning for development of project. Methodology A structured approach is required for proper implementation of planning objectives of the project. Different standard norms and templates are discussed for development of the project and mitigating the issues related with the project. A series of proper methodology and action helps in monitoring progress of the project. Therefore, most of project methodologies uses combination of hard tools including project management software and soft tools including facilitated startup meetings (Nicholas Steyn, 2017). The combination of various tools helps in maintaining a proper time management for the project as it minimizes time of completion. The technology used in these tools enhances the performance and progress of the project. Stakeholder skills and knowledge Stakeholders are important part for development of the project in an organization. The results and outcomes of project is totally depended in the planning of the project. Project management Information System (PMIS) Information system has helped in maintaining a proper methodology in the project management. A PMIS includes various tools and techniques that are used for gathering and integrating the outputs of the project management processes (Martinelli Milosevic, 2016). The use of the PMIS has helped in providing a systematic approach towards development of project. The use of information system have helped in including information technology in project methodology for mitigating the issues in project management. The PMIS helps in providing both manual and automated system in the project management processes. The relationship between various factors and elements of project is maintained and identified for approaching towards completion of the project (Newton, Greenberg See, 2017). Planning helps in preparing a blueprint of project for maintaining safe approach towards its initiation. Initiating process After planning, initiation of the project is done. The collection of all resources required for the project is done for smooth initiation. The resources are properly maintained and arranged for the initiation. The project is started with communication with the project manager and team members. Executing process The executing processes include various types of core and facilitating processes in the project. The use of project plan helps in maintaining a proper execution oath of the resources in the project (Ika et al., 2017). The execution process include proper implementation of the elements and factors in the project. A proper execution of steps and resources of project helps in maintaining a proper outcome of project. The results and outcomes of project need to fulfill goals and objectives of the project. Communication in the project management process Communication plays an important role in the project manage process. The use of communication factor including human resources have helped in maintaining fundamental requirement of project. The processes included in project have been properly maintained by proper allocation of workers in the project. The technologies and methods used for communication planning are discussed with stakeholders of the project. The use of extended meetings and training sessions have helped in making a proper planning strategy for project (Schwalbe, 2015). Communication skills are used for exchanging information with authorized person in project use of the communication skills have been prevailing in most of cases that has helped in maintaining scenario of the project. Listening and communication are major communication skills that have helped in enhancing communication among the employees. Communication among stakeholders help in maintaining a transparent channel for mitigating various issues on the project. Communication helps in providing proper thoughts and views from various members of team allocated with the project (Schwalbe, 2015). Innovative tho ughts and views are generated from communication with the team members that helps in enhancing quality of project outcomes.
